The Process

Step 1

One of the most important steps in the placement process is learning your family’s needs and making sure we’re the right agency for you. Fill out our Family Form and we’ll be in touch.

Step 2

Following the completion of your Family Form, a member of our team will send you an email to set up a free consultation. During the consultation, we get to know your family’s needs in greater detail, using our "household plan" guide to make sure we cover every detail in order to find your perfect nanny. We give families the option for the consultation to take place via zoom or by phone. Consultation can take place anywhere from 30 minutes to 1-hour. Please note, families will have access to their completed household plan following the consultation and once the registration fee has been received.

Step 3

Now that you’ve chosen our agency, we require a non-refundable registration fee of $250 to get started with the placement process.

Step 4

Review and screen prospective nanny candidates and schedule interviews. Once you have
selected the nanny you find to be a good match, we will coordinate schedules to set up your
interview date(s). All interviews will be scheduled and held via zoom.

Step 5

Make an offer and submit your one-time placement fee. Once the placement fees have been received, we will complete your nanny employment agreement and send contracts for signing—Congratulations on your new nanny!
